The Focke Organization, LLC is a privately held consumer brands company that builds, operates, and scales direct-to-consumer businesses across beauty, wellness, personal care, and women’s health.

The role

Write high-converting advertorials, sales pages, landing pages, and longform direct-response funnels across TFO brands.

What you’ll own

• Write and iterate advertorials, sales pages, PDPs, and funnel copy
• Develop new mechanisms, angles, and offer narratives
• Conduct deep customer, market, and competitor research
• Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and developers
• Own copy QA from first draft through launch
• Use performance data to improve existing funnels

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional longform persuasive writing ability
• Strong grasp of direct-response fundamentals
• Ability to research deeply and write quickly
• Comfort owning multiple funnels at once
• Prior DTC, health, beauty, or supplement experience is a plus

What success looks like

Within six months, you are launching a steady pipeline of original longform funnels and producing measurable improvements in conversion and acquisition economics.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, demonstrated ability, and location. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
