The role

Help TFO develop and improve consumer product formulations across beauty, personal care, supplements, and women’s health in partnership with manufacturers and internal product owners.

What you’ll own

• Develop and evaluate product formulations and ingredient systems
• Translate product concepts into manufacturable briefs
• Review ingredient decks, specifications, stability data, and claims support
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and testing partners
• Improve existing products based on performance, cost, and customer feedback
• Support product quality and formulation documentation

What we’re looking for

• Formal education or professional experience in chemistry, cosmetic science, formulation science, food science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with consumer product formulation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Comfort working cross-functionally with manufacturers and operators
• Beauty, supplements, personal care, or women’s health experience is preferred

What success looks like

Within six months, you are accelerating new product development while improving the technical rigor, speed, and quality of TFO’s formulation process.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, demonstrated ability, and location. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
